Small businesses, including startups, often face inefficiencies and capacity constraints in sales and business development outreach.

How did we deliver the final product?

  • First, we interviewed the client to understand their needs, problem statement, and identify opportunities.

  • Next, we conducted market analysis and user research.

  • Then, we created a persona and journey map with pain points. We brainstormed ideas and prioritized features that would create an enjoyable experience for users. We tested the low fidelity and high fidelity design with users to identify improvements.

  • Finally, we presented the product to our client.
